...that was a nice day in December, or maybe January, with pal and artist Juliana Neufeld. Possibly my first venture to the Island in this much snow. 

Should you get a chance and feel like not hating the snow for a day, take a ferry ride to Toronto Islands and bask in the glory of winter light and icy behemoths and a quiet that stretches on and on.
